Travel time is part of the production schedule
A model travelling between Maseru and a South African production location should not be treated as if they were already local to set. Transport, border processing, rest and contingency time can affect the real working day.
Producers should decide whether travel happens the day before, whether accommodation is required and who carries the cost before the booking is confirmed.
Usage territory is separate from shoot location
A campaign photographed in Johannesburg may still be intended primarily for Lesotho, and a Maseru production may create assets for both markets. The location of the camera does not automatically define the media territory.
The best regional bookings separate travel logistics from usage rights so both can be scoped accurately.
